You are to agree to use the artwork exclusively for personal use

I will start the artwork once the payment is confirmed

I commonly use Paypal for accepting payment

All listed prices are in USD

Artworks would definitely take some time to be created; please let me know if you want your artwork done at a specific date

I retain the right to deny a commission (exception being either legal documentation and/or employment enforcing otherwise)

If you wish to use the artwork for commercial use, you are required to have a written agreement from myself + paying a licensing fee to do so. This also includes merchandising or selling the artwork as a product

You are free to ask any questions regarding your commissioned artwork

You are free to request for edits during the artwork’s production; a $5 fee may be added if the edit request is done after the completion of the artwork

You are allowed to use the artwork for personal use; (FOR AVATARS/BANNERS) only allowed if proper credit is given

You are allowed to ask for a refund if I haven’t started the artwork (other situations could be applied)

You are NOT ALLOWED to REMOVE the WATERMARK

You are NOT ALLOWED to TRACE the ARTWORK
